I was shocked to hear that to Sydney! Never considered Sharrah was a twin. I love this mother/daughter duo though. Would have been great to have a mother/daughter trio. It's nice to have children who wants to imitate your talents. And this is a talented family!

A long long time ago you were doing a giveaway with furniture land south. I was one of the dream bed winners. I never got to thank you for that. I just wanted to say thank you so so much. My husband and I were newlyweds at the time and all we had was my small full size bed. I honestly couldn’t believe I had won the bed. Best wishes!
Everyone should have their tree in the bedroom! Trust me. I do live in a studio with my partner. But falling asleep every night with the sparkling tree in front of the bed is just magic. At first he was laughing at me. Now he knows better and loves it too.

Sharing your daughter's first pregnancy and spending the Christmas holidays with her. I have such fond memories of my Mother spending that time with me. Such a special time and having her last month or is right before Christmas.

I absolutely love the space. I’ve always been afraid of going so neutral but you glammed it up just enough that I may be inclined to give it a go! Beautiful job Rebecca.
My daughter was also born December 17 but 1980.She was due Jan. 1. She came 2 weeks early but weighed 11 pounds. We came home from the hospital Christmas Eve and my husband went and bought a real tree and he and my 3 year old decorated while the 18 month old slept. Crazy fun with 3 little kids so close in age. It was hard but I miss those days but now have 7 wonderful grandkids.
So, while Rebecca was talking about how she decorated the floor of the fireplace with the candles, I could hear crackling in the background and thought, "How nice! They put the crackling sound of a fireplace in the background of the video to enhance the effects." Next scene, she's near the Christmas tree and begins to explain what the sound we've been hearing along was, not the crackling of wood burning in a fireplace............. her earrings. lol rotf. Love it! Love her personality!

I have been watching your UA-cam videos for at least 8 year and I have never listened the Sharrah being a tween story. Your room and the Christmas touches are so magical. Agreed about the boa detail for a bedroom Christmas decoration. I am looking forward for the hack for the spinners.
Your tree and all the ornaments and ribbon are gorgeous. There's nothing like a flocked tree. The white boas do add a soft, feminine touch! The wreaths and garland on the mantel are gorgeous as well.
Wow such a clever idea to move your normal furniture around, to fit your Christmas decorations! Never would have thought of that!

This was the best surprise! A Christmas video to watch after dinner. It was sweet to hear Rebecca tell the story of being pregnant and "directing" her mother in how to decorate the tree. And how Sharrah and Rebecca have now done the same thing. Also that both Rebecca and Sharrah were pregnant around the same time 30 years apart. What a sweet story. The sad part is that Sharrah's twin didn't make it. I'm sure that was painful. Sharrah was a miracle baby.

In the early 70's we lived in Virginia during my husband's Army service. While there I was very taken with their colonial Christmas styling, among which were clear-bulb electric candles in every window. Having lived my whole life in Oregon, I'd never seen that done. Most homes had the candles; it was charming.
OMG When I see things used in real designers houses that I have in my home I feel like my interior decorating style is really on the right path. Love this!

What a beautiful winter wonderland in your guest bedroom! Simply gorgeous! I love the symmetrical impact when you first enter the room! Absolutely Stunning fireplace and windows!
Because there is limited traffic in that room, especially little ones, centering the tree is a beautiful option. However, if in a busier room, the electrical cords running across the floor makes me want the tree closer to a wall or window instead of floating in the room! A rug could help prevent tripping over the cord and pulling the tree over, but it’s not recommended to walk on electric cords. I would scoot it over to the left a bit, in the corner opposite the window with the wreath to avoid a mishap. That gorgeous tree will still be lovely from the corner! But I know you are loving the symmetry from the perspective of your bed, and dreaming of sugarplums dancing in your head! 😉🥰😘 Gorgeous room all decked out for the holidays! ❤️🎄❤️

I looooovvvve this. My mother was a stickler for empty places. While I would decorate my tree, she would sit and tell me where the holes were. I miss her to this day. I now sit and look for holes. Ha

Absolutely breathtakingly beautiful! When one first sees inside that room they could be fooled into thinking there is a beautiful sparkly blanket of snow outside! Love the tips so much! I would probably have pushed that tree into the corner but Rebecca does things that we don't expect and it always ends up being the perfect solution! A very touching life story as well that Rebecca and Sharrah shared! I'm so looking forward to seeing the rest of the videos and being transported into the Kinwoven magical Christmas wonderland!
