You walked right by the leaning pole in the last minute of this upload, just before you reached the terminal. You can climb that pole to the top of that little building.
I recorded this back in September (I'll play it a few times in a row but upload only one a day, so there's a backlog), but I've played with the leaning poles since.
I once saw a clip of someone who got on top to the VERY tall buildings. I still have no idea how they did that.
