Hi Ma'am, as currently i am working in a Logistics company i.e, Masters Logistics Solutions India Pvt Ltd.
I would like to share my understanding on same that the basic difference between ICD & CFS is ICD which is also called dry port is located where there is no Seaport whereas CFS is located at Seaport & the similarity between both is that ICD & CFS both provide the facility of Customs.
