3 Types of Preachers (and the challenges of each)

Over the last 9+ years of coaching and providing training for preachers, I’ve realized that there are 3 types of preachers. It’s important to know which type you are because each type has different challenges and needs different help to overcome those challenges.

Are those types or merely stages? Those don’t seem like types to me.

Could be stages. Although I think type still works. “A number of people or things having in common traits or characteristics that distinguish them as a group or class”
Versus stage: “a period or step in a process, activity, or development”
The important thing is recognizing where you are and planning your development with that in mind.
