Hey Ramzi, amazing video. Unfortunately i dont have the delegated tag, i can create it myself but dont know how to set the automation to move the task afterwards to the delegated view.

There’s a tutorial video in the template homepage to show you how to set it up ;)

Great video, thank you very much! One question: What function do you use when you put a task with the status "do" in the "inbox" list, and that same task appears in the "to do" list? Do you use some kind of automation?

Awesome set-up! How do you handle these?
1- The inbox view will always show a number even if empty because of the references and someday/maybe
    2. There is not a unified way to see both the stand-alone todos and the Project todos.
    3- How you handle dependencies?
    4. If a task in the inbox is a next action for an already active project, what is an efficient way to send them as subtask to that project?

Thank you so much. And thanks for the feedback. There are already workaround to these issues through views and automations. I constantly update the template. I haven’t done a new video, however:
      - You will not see a number in the inbox if it’s empty because the reference and some statuses are considered done
      - A filtered view will let you see the to do and projects
      - Getting things done methodology is not meant to handle dependencies, but if you want to handle dependencies in your project, ClickUp offers that feature
      - there is no way to know which project your standalone task is related to so you will have to move it from one list to another.

Hey Ramzi, can you share the presentation/flowchart as well? I already bought your template previously, but it did not include that.
