You sure make it look easy!!............Professional all the way!!...........Pleasure to watch a man in his element!!............Makes me want to get back to my stump ranch!!...............Thanks Billy for making me homesick!:))
I love watching a good husqvarna advertisement just wish I coud do this as a living love the rush of the tree falling right where I want it great stuff
Man BR it's sure satisfying and therapeutic to to watch that 372 just eating thru that beautiful timber with such ease and so so smooth! Gosh I lov it! And your skill level in what you do my friend is top shelf. Hard to even watch anyone else on the tube. I hope to someday be able to feel what that feels like to cut with a saw that sharp and bad to the bone!! Thank you BR for all the amazing content
Another fine day in the woods with BBR. I climbed for a couple years when I was much younger, and I'm not scared of heights. Never have been. But making stumps, is where my heart has always been. It never feels like work when love what your doing. I've been watching awhile now, 2 weeks or so. Going with the flow, right place right time. The lord will show you the right path, and if your connected correctly(all three points), and pay attention, he has never let me down so I never let him down. A 372 found me !! Yesterday!! Wasn't even looking for one, didn't really have the extra money either. You know as I do, a stock 372 husky is a POWER SAW by any measure of the words... He didn't respect it and scared him bad. Never touched again. Had ten years of dust on it and 10 year old gas in the tank. Needs some love and affection, it has a forever home now. That's my god telling me, it time to get back in the woods and make my heart happy again. Even if your not that interested, I'll keep the updates coming. Be safe Brother, I'm watching .
There is something soothing about watching your saws eat through trees. Combined with your positive attitude on life... It just puts a smile on my face every video I watch! I'm new to your channel and have just been enjoying every minute of your videos trying to catch up to your current videos. LOVE IT!
Where i live in the northern part of denmark there isnt really so much manual tree work. Mostly with machines. I do a bit of felling and climbing but would love to be able to do what you do!😊 be My own boss!😝
Your one of the best tree failers ive ever seen wranglerstar could learn a thing or two from you and your atitude is awesome love your out look on life
Greatest video yet Billy... well I can't say that because every one of your videos are the best!!! I sure think that you should start a timber falling school because you, Billy, have the heart of a teacher 😀. Sure makes a job go well with partners you've worked with for a good while like Brian.
Hello all you good people out there Yes buckin sure am waiting too "see the ole Maccies back in town". But it's been great watching and listening to the 372's
Buckin', nice job on the video work with that small for that had the back lean. Watchin' the wedge push her back the other way was cool. Nicely done sir!
U handle that saw like its nothing. Love watching folks do what they do best and daily as the flow is just a beautiful art in its own right.i make a living in a kitchen and pretty good with knives. Saws are a hobby im not that good with them, yet.
Another stand of trees being put to the saw - great footage Buckin - those Huskies you been running over the last few days have been in top form. They been going through the timber like a hot knife through butter.

Hi Caroline fancy meeting you here lol hope your well. Hello to the new friends joining us a massive welcome. Best wishes to lacey from my family.hope everyone has enjoyed their weekend mine been busy as normal always something to do. Stay safe folks
Cynthia Herr Good evening Cynthia I do think this bucking billy ray guy lol brings the best in us all out . It's been bit of a life changer finding so many fantastic people in one place , my parents brought myself and sisters ,brothers that manners cost nothing to never stand by while others struggle and treat others how you would like to be treated , I've hopefully installed that in my children that I want doesn't get I would like and please and Thankyou are important.Have a fantastic week
Buckin gosh I love watching you work. I learn so much from you and everyone else on this channel. I cannot wait to get my firewood business in full swing!! Everyone here has inspired me to go out and do what I love!! Hope all is well everyone and much love from my family to yours!
watching you cutting trees is equal to highest level of body movement control - behind every move is a exact thought, experiences and instinct ... wonderful to watch and thank you so much brother for sharing! THOMAAAS Mach Daddy
Steirer Bua - I hope you are well :-) yes but 14 and 18 years ago with my two wonderful girls :-) "Mach Daddy" got derived from Mr. Smith from "Mack Daddy". First I didn't got it but Mrs. Pathfinder is very clever and she could solve the mystery ha ha ha
There it is - The Mach Daddy - Good one Cynthenator. I have two boys (13 and 10) who give me so much joy. The yougest one (Matthew) want to cut wood like Ol Man Buckin so I let him have a go with my small Stihl arborist saw. I have to stand behind him to make sure that hes safe. We go through all the safety drill first so that he takes his time and learns how to use the saw safely. Have a good day my friend.
Ben - that's so "lässig" - I'm sure you train him very well - maybe once I'll show my grandson how to use a chain saw, the girls aren't so interested into Mach Daddy's stuff ha ha - oh by the way, it wasn't the Cynthenator who helped me out with the Mack Daddy mystery - it was Mrs. P from the Pathfinders :-) Have a great day too my friend and stay safe :-)
I'm doing okay, kinda got the winter blahs, but fine, got get out and start puttering around and wake up the motor alittle ya know. Thanks for stoppin' by see ya around I'm sure, take care Cynthia.
The crew cab fits good in that little lean too on the side of the house😉 watching your channel has taught me so many things...not jut how to work a power saw to its full potential but to. E the best person I can be. You showed us all how much love, kindness, and human decency can really do😊 I have so many good friends here on this channel thanks to you😊 I need to get out in the woods for a while. I'm getting the itch to fire up my power saw and make some stumps😂 I love all of you guys so much! You mean the world to me and Like Buckin says... "we've only just begun😊 love ya buddy👍👍
Spencer McGinty you are one heck of a guy. I couldn't have said it better myself. In fact I am a loss for words and that doesn't happen that often. Love ya brother!
i enjoy this video 😉 i have one husky 575xp but i thinc your 372 it's a litel bit better, only a litel bit😁( i am joking 🤗👍) your experience do everything looks easy but ...i know you are (and your team🤗)an excelent worker, better person😉 have a good day!!!
Billy I have seen videos where after making the first cut instead of going up and under they have gone down to the first cut. Dose it make any difference at all. Thank you for all you do on here. I love watching you work. Love to all.
Humboldt vs Conventional. Humboldt causes the butt of the tree to “jump” the stump. The tree usually lands butt first with a Humboldt so it lands more gently. If the wood is to be milled, Humboldt is preferred because the tree is less apt to shatter when it hits the ground. If you want a flat top stump, you’ll need to make a Conventional (the face cut you were asking about) notch. In my opinion its just a safer face cut to make than a Conventional. Either will do the job.
thanks for the videos buckin billy ray oh by the way I found out you and my grandpa smith share the same name William Smith its awsum he was a west Virginia logger you are top shelf brother
riseandshinetruthnow You can get yourself one at www.buckinbillyray.com Welcome to the Buckin Billy Ray Experience! i hope your well! take care Friend!

Andrew Turff ......Hi ya Turrffy ol pal. Just doubled back to check up on ypu mate. Hope alls well, and all those that are near and dear to you are well also. 😎👍.....
Loaded dog I'm great I'm moving to the sticks on the 25th of March and starting my own business last week at my mother and father in laws house before we move me my wife my 4 boys and my cat that has just had kittens 😂😂😂😂😂😂I don't do things by half lol
hey Buckin, fellow logger here from Michigan. i gotta say I really like your harness setup. not many around here use it. would like to know where to get one of the ax holsters you use.
Hey BBR. I started a logging business here in the deserts of Nevada. No competition! Well anyway, I don’t like sweating, lifting heavy objects, or getting dirty. And the loud noises hurt my hearing. Also, I don’t like heights & sawdust gives me a rash. Wish me luck! Signed Asthmatic Woodchucker.
Todd S) Greetings! You sure do get around a lot. Why it seems as though just last week you were "Toppin trees in Coosville, Oregon" Best of luck to ya and remember, take shallow breaths!
Vintage Buckin on Xmas day. Just bought my first real 70cc saw. 572xp. I’m becoming a bit of a husky fanboy tbh. But I’ve got a 500i coming from your boy’s at RipSaw sometime next year, so that might change my mind.
Hey Buckin - why dont you run a special meet and greet type of event where members of the Buckin army get to meet you and spend time with you in the woods learning a thing or two. The idea is that we find local accomodation in the area and then get to spend some time in the trees learning how to drop some of those leaners and other tricks of the trade. This is your living so we pay an agreed amount (and sign all the required liability documents) to get the chance to learn from the mater himself. I bet theres a good few subscribers out there that will grab the chance to spend some time with you in the sticks.
Hi Kevin, You have a point there. Just imagine though what it would be like spending some time in the trees with the man himself. We could pester him all day long with endless questions and get to practice our trade under the guidance of the master himself. Im a weekend warrior so I could do with some solid advice - haha Have a good one and stay safe.
I’m wondering if I were to start a business selling and delivering firewood, where would I get the majority of the trees? Like access to more trees than I have already on my property. Do you go out to blm land and cut those trees?
You sure make it look easy!!............Professional all the way!!...........Pleasure to watch a man in his element!!............Makes me want to get back to my stump ranch!!...............Thanks Billy for making me homesick!:))
