Court tv in Canada 🇨🇦 it is illegal to have siblings that are 6 and up sleeping together in the same room. Like welfare ect, including child welfare does not permit such. U must have separate sleeping bedrooms to get custody, or visitation rights. I don't think they in force the law as much no more, but when I came to Canada. I learned it was not permitted. You can actually cps to remove the kids of this situation don't change .. I remember it happened to us when we came to Canada

I truly believe she knew exactly what was going on between them, she fought with Madeline often, she despised her. Instead of protecting her, she became jealous of her. I believe she got into a fight with Madeline the night of her birthday, she strangled her, the mother is actually the one in control in that relationship and she forced him to move the body for her the next morning. THAT is why Jenn felt the need to lie so much!!

Especially because Jen always sent them to a different room so she could get good rest. Like they were up in bed, disturbing her which is disturbing in itself. You wonder what went on in the bed with the two of them and all three, it makes me sick to my stomach.

You can't use only circumstantial evidence to convict someone you have to have physical evidence or proof that she knew it happened or that she participated in it. You need a witness statement, video, messaging, etc... showing that she knew more, hid it or participated in the murder. You can't convict someone by circumstances. I believe she knew more or participated too but our legal system isn't built to convict someone off of circumstance alone.
Think they either need her to testify, prioritizing him for now or building their case against her? 🤔
The case is still being investigated even though he's been charged. Solid evidence is needed to charge momster. I agree wholeheartedly that she should be charged at least in child neglect for allowing a grown man to sleep with her child.

Disturbing is the fact that Jenn had her own bedroom, 2 of the other bedrooms were filled with roommates, the "spare room" was room 4 and there was a makeshift bedroom area in the living room!! Maddie didn't even have her own bedroom!
Jenn needs arresting on child endangerment, neglect, child abuse (after hearing some of what is in that document about how she treated Maddie in general), obstruction of justice, lying to the police and being complicit in the csam, there is no way a 12/13yr old should be sent to bed on a separate floor of the building with a full grown male, let alone when she was even younger.
Another disturbing fact from out of the documents is that when police canvassed the apartment complex NONE of the neighbours they spoke to had EVER seen Maddie let alone seen her on the day she was unalived.
Jenn outright lied about what Maddie was wearing that day, listen to the interview at the family members workplace, Stephan says Maddie was wearing jeans, Jenn then corrects him saying Black shorts......Jenn never saw her getting ready for school, she just assumed that Maddie was wearing the black shorts because apparently according to the PE teachers statement in the documents Maddie ALWAYS wore the green hoodie with black shorts when she had PE on a monday in 2nd period.

SS should just plead guilty because there's mountains of evidence proving that he's guilty of abusing and murdering Maddie. I'm not sure he ever did have a flat tyre.....seeing that he dumped a tyre in the trash at the same time as he dumped Maddie's backpack, laptop and Croc.....if he did it wasn't when he was supposedly changing the tyre it was earlier and it was more likely that it was an act to "prove" what he was doing in the area when he dumped poor Maddie's body (also maybe he had to dump the tyre so he could fit her in the trunk)

I think that SS must have known what time the roommates usually woke up. So, he brought Maddie's body to the car either very early in the morning or in the middle of the night when no one would see him. I don't think that SS planned to unalive Maddie. There must have been a triggering event that caused him to panic that his abuse would be exposed and he made a spur of the moment decision to commit murder.
What kind of environment was Madeline living in? A paedophile and 2 lodgers and nobody knew anything? So many questions about them also, like how long they stayed there, what they knew and more importantly what kind of people are they? I find this also very concerning.

I don't think they need a witness against SS because he recorded his crimes on his phone. He's also seen on multiple security cameras with Maddie's deceased body in his car. SS is going to die for his crimes against Maddie and the sentence can't be carried out quickly enough.

My mother was just as much as a victim as me. My mother had no idea. This man came into our home and played a role as our father. These men/women groom a child as well as the other parent. Now idk if Jenn knew but I can have compassion that she may not know. My mom didn’t know. 6:20 please do better research he had a flat tire there it's been proven the prevailing theory is that he got her body out of the car because he was changing the flat tire and didn't want to have a Good Samaritan or a cop stopped to help him with her body in the car so it was sloppy and not thought out because of the flat tire. They've been able to prove he had one they found his tread there.

Jenn and Stefan are on the wrong side of the dirt. With his frequent use of Telegram I can't help but think they were getting paid by predators to violate her. That situation sounds more likely to be the actual reason Jen sends Madeline and Stefan to Madeline's room to "cuddle". If so, one of those situations may have turned deadly.
