These guys really know how to go through "parts" so effortlessly. They really let the song move without a choppy feel. It doesn't feel like i'm watching poorly rehearsed "math-rock" its progressive and very tight. It's almost like I'm watching a journey.
plus he's an open hand drummer… bonus points.

@@exalted_kitharode like Josh said, very choppy. Math rock rarely has good transitions, it feels like a few riffs sewn together.
Super groovy. Also LOVING the drummer's ambidextrous style. Love when someone can fully take advantage of a kit and its sounds without being weighed down by the left-right nonsense.

I love how they add rythmic complexitiy to ideas that are (music theory wise) rather simple. This sound is very refreshing. Also, that's one crazy good drummer.

This might be just me but for some reason this riff slightly reminds me of On GP by Death Grips. But also Nick Reinhardt of Tera Melos was on guitar on that track, and they share the same incrediblely good label, Sargent House. My favorite collective of bands.

Wow.. great band!!! The left guitar sounds in right speaker, and the right guitar in left speaker. Why?? It's a little bit confusing
your speakers might be in the wrong places
It's a process called panning. For musical or sonic effect you can shift a sound to the right or left a bit or just leave central.
Duke Ukulele I know, but I was trying to say that the panning of guitars doesn't match with the position in the video.
Either your speakers were wired wrong or they've panned it as such to be unconventional.
I think sound guy didn't think about the cameras and set up the sound based on where the sound booth is.

This has got to be the most childish name for a band,totally juvenile
Am I the only one that found this boring as hell? Saw them listed on a festival, and that they are also local Northern Irish lads so decided to check them out. Just extremely underwhelming and not very mature sounding at all. No proper song crafting, no emotion just really cheap sloppy doodling on guitar for almost 15 mins straight, the type of doodling one does on guitar at age 13. And it’s not math rock either lol, sorry but ye can’t lump these blokes in with The Mars Volta…..no way in bloody hell lol.

The bass parts in some of their other songs are more complex and if watch the glassroom session of ka ba ta Bo da ka, he plays guitar as well
