She looks good and not haggard from the addiction.

The plaintiff doesn’t look like what she’s been through! Very pretty! The defendant needs to pay the money back. He asked for it.

It's crazy that she had been off drugs for only 2 years at the time of the case.

Exactly, lots of people do. There are functioning addicts everywhere. I know what you mean, though. 😅

The person that she got out of jail should give it back.

Why are so many people saying she should have won? He wasnt the one in jail and the guy who was in jail said he will pay her back.
My guess the guy is on crack and she cant find him.

They are saying it because they are all in their feelings like ALWAYS but feelings aren't facts OR the law. Illogical thinking speaks loudest and wrong the majority of the time..lol🤣

If the agreement was between the plaintiff and defendant then the defendant would be responsible to pay her back regardless of the defendant not being the one in jail... unfortunately she couldn't prove that they had and agreement... I agree that he ruled in the defendant's bc she didn't have proof

@jaylenaslaughter9707 That wasn't even the deal she said they had. She claims he promised to pay IF the other coworker didn't.
His story sounds more believable. She wanted to help the guy because he's dealing with issues she overcame.
Him saying I'll pay you back if a crackhead doesn't sounds unbelievable

If he called her why isn’t he obligated to pay as well?

    • @Shes_Her92

This is what happens when people go to jail, they have you call somebody to help bail them out that doesn’t mean he should be obligated, he acted as a middleman.

@@Shes_Her92 if he promised to pay her he is and I feel like he did. Ultimately I think a bail bondsman was involved because something about this didn’t add up.

The defend it had only collected $200 and need an additional $600... They decided to call the plaintiff... They played her and he knows it.

Never loan money under any circumstance or situation. Best to gift it instead without any anticipation of getting it back. The plaintiff wouldn't be here otherwise.

Yep… when I give people money, I GIVE it to them not loan, because I’m more than likely not gonna get it back

Dont start Adrian.....you can loan, you have to know who you are loaning to and not to loan an amount that will put you in a hole
