Hi, many foreigners don t have insurance becourse they have enough money to cover the cost. If you travel, i advise to get a insurance and add on for riding a scooter or if you use crab scooter taxi. If there is more, please ask me.pls subscribe, i have many more videos. Regards, Wolter
