Disease #1 - excessive talking (hyper restlessness)
Disease #2 - idle or careless words (careless jokes)
Disease #3 - gossip, slander plus listening to gossip and receiving slander

The misuse of the tongue renders all religious activities useless. Excessive talking, idle or careless words, and gossip are some of the diseases of the tongue.

what is the remedy for a restless spirit, peace???
how does this relate to whistle blowing ? - there are situations in which we must make a stand for the helpless and speak out about the evils that we have witnessed

There are normally only 2 lessons per day that come up.
May the evil data follow my life for many years now, to drag myself soul to the dust slowly, hunt the enemies of my peace. May attack locate dem dat will cause demand to soke their pillow with tears. So shall it also be with my enemies, for they are looking for the helpless to terriorise and brutalised when they do not do dem evil.
As they attack and try hard to destroy me may God punished them all.
Someone who is drawing to death can ask for money but life and peace. May my enemies received spiritual and powerless death b4 I will disappear dis world, Amen and Amen.
If you talk excessive its from nerves .its not easy to stop Nd may not be sinful .
