There's a fourth technique from this position that has been really good for me, so I came looking for more attacks. That technique is the triangle - if the knee gets under that right arm bicep, it's over. I control the wrist, push the arm aside and slide my knee in. It's great.
Going to the mount is a good option if the subs are not working, but when you have that arm trapped so deep as you said, why not take advantage of that and try to finish the match right there?
