This is very good stuff. Much more detail than the vast majority of tutorials on fish finders, taught and summarized nicely. I like that you are using a 73 SV on an aluminum instead of a 12 inch unit on a $70,000 bass boat that I will never set foot in.
Thanks for the comment Gary! I tried to record the sonar using garmins record sonar feature but replaying it back on home port doesn’t seem to work. Wondering when garmin will fix their home port software. Tight lines 🎣

I have barely ever used my side imaging. Now I have a good idea of what to do with it.
