Teal and it’s many versions is such a versatile color and so helpful when trying to incorporate at shift or update in undertones like we are seeing now. It bridges that gap.

You are right. Very right. This teal reminds me of Vardo, Jade Garden and my love: Valspar Gypsy Teal. Agean Teal is like a cute puppy gamboling near the dark teal forest.

I love your channel so much! Thank you, I appreciate the deep dive you do into paint colors. Just bought a house, a 1960 ranch, and am seriously thinking about using it as the main color in my living/dining room!

Hey James please do a video on Sherwin Williams Silverplate. I'm really interested in painting my entire house including kitchen and bath, this color and would love your opinion on how to go about it, before making this big step.

Hello Cousin James! My guest room needs a refresh. It’s south facing, and all the walls are North Sea Green! I chose it from SEVEN samples of BenMo teals. As a sucker for trends 😳 😂, I won’t repaint it as planned. I am going with an analogous scheme for the soft furnishings to replace the corals and terracottas. I think all the mustards, limes, kellys, olives, and a few cool greens are my next moves.

Great video! I agree that North Sea Green is much more interesting than Aegean Teal! I also love your pairing suggestions (except perhaps Etiquette … that one didn’t do it for me). Thanks for the video! 👍

Hey James. I'm staining my 1970 ranch house Valspar's 'Nevermore' which is a black with a prominent purple undertone. I need an accent color for very small trim around doors. Eves, gutters and flashing are tan. Could you consider doing an episode on this color? Thanks

Thank you Paint People for all your fun & helpful videos. I love color, but have a hard time picking the exact colors to use for my home inside. Your videos are crazy helpful! thank you! Also, I really need to paint my outdoor shed. I have a red brick house that the shed sits close to. The shed is in the shade part of the day, and in the sun the other part. The roof is dark gray. I'm thinking I want a bold color, and lean toward a dark teal/more green (But I really do like this Black Ink color you mention in this video ... maybe that one would look good?). But I don't want it to look too bright or too crazy since it's large and in the yard for many to see. Thoughts? I was searching for some of your videos to see if you have any on sheds or outdoor buildings, but didn't see any. If you do, do you mind pointing me in the direction of where those live? Thank you again!

Wonder what it would look like at 50% pigment, it seems really dark to me, but I'm the lady that put 30% tint on my sliding glass doors because of the afternoon sun!

I have SW Moscow Midnight in my bathrooms. As much as I love the color, it's low LRV (5) makes it hard to see. My warning to those who like a rich, dark teal, make sure you have tons of natural or artifical light to make this color stand out. Otherwise, you may be like me, and look to change it for something lighter.

I actually like Colorado Grey the best of the options here. Not a fan of the 2023 collection overall.

That looks blue to me not green at all! I wouldn't use it anywhere. Just me!
