Darlings, those rugs are simply in need of a good wash on your driveway. Rinse the drive with clear water, lay the rug out, scrub with water and cleaner, rinse and let sun dry. This is precisely how good oriental carpets are cleaned and you could make a flippin' fortune cleaning and reselling these.

Just found y'all! I have ptsd, just escaped 25 years of abuse and starting life over. I absolutely love treasure hunting. The amount of new never used items found in dumpster diving is shameful. I still have too much trauma to do it anymore. But you two have everything I need! I'm obsessed with the ocean, beach decor AND animals! And I can relate to anxiety. I've found my new channel ❤

My grandmother trash picked in the 1940's, and the 1950's, single handed she saved well over 1,000 pieces of Roseville pottery from the trash trucks. If you have a piece of pottery which has a slight crack or chip, this may be one of the pieces my grandmother so carefully saved from total destruction.

I completely understand the feeling you get when you are out looking for street gold. You never know what you will find. I do not have anxiety, but swap meets, garage sales, and antique shops are my therapy for dealing with everyday life. Ever since my teens, my friends and I would go to the swap meet every Saturday morning, enjoying the outdoors and looking for goodies. We weren't sellers back then, we were keepers. And sometimes we would barter and trade something we found for something we really wanted. I love you both and your videos. Please be safe and well.

Practice washing dirty small rugs in the driveway---just using the soapy powerwasher! I just pre-treat stains and jet spray with a hose and keep moving them around on my hot black asphalt slanted driveway. When you move the rug to dryer spots on a hot day the rug dries out pretty well. Enough so that you can drape it over a porch chair to finish drying.

Totally illegal and called fly tipping. We do however have several Amenity site where people can put reusable items for others to pick up. If we have white goods ( washing machines, cookers, fridge freezer etc) we have to pay up to £75 to dispose of them. You are so lucky to be able to do that. Fab video guys and I'm now subscribed. Tonight I sold it but before I met the gal who purchased it I went to a house not too far from my daughter's school and scored a Farrell's drinking mug. Classic! It was the gold find of the night. That same house I trash picked a month ago and got a blanket that was ripped and shredded in 2 spots. I washed it and mended it and now I have a cool blanket for my couch. Sammie and Tucker, I will bet that the both of you suffer from extreme anxiety because you are both so extremely empathic people! Empaths pick up the energy or vibes around them, but can't yet discern what belongs to them and what is coming from outside them and not to own the latter!
I hope you guys do some form of meditation, it helps tremendously. It doesn't mean you have to close your eyes and stop thinking for a certain amount of time, you can stare out a window and watch the birds in the trees, or intently watch your cats sleeping! That is meditation also! 🧘‍♀️
On a lighter note, those doors you found are called louvered doors, they get put on furnace rooms, laundry rooms, or anywhere that needs ventilation. They can also go on large windows for added privacy!
I can't believe someone threw out Pikachu and you guys didn't " rescue" him! If my little grandson saw him out in the trash he'd be in tears and would need to bring him home! ❤

I just had a fire and lost almost three rooms of things I have to replace, including the entire kitchen. With a few cleaning tips from a professional restoration service, most of that stuff could be back to like-new condition. My mind was flying watching this!
But the thing you passed up that had me yelling to the screen, was that pile of wood you thought might have been a bunk bed And several other pieces of wood. The price of lumber these days has been the hindering element that has delayed my restoration project, just in fixing so many things! It just goes to show, "One man's trash is another's treasure". I live in the middle of a cornfield, miles from civilization. I wish there was such opportunity for repurposing here!

I love trash picking. When I lived in Florida I found all kinds of stuff. I come by it naturally. When I was a kid, my mom would whip that old Lincoln around and do a double reverse bat turn to get to a yardsale sign. hehe. I found a Stabalised Rock Hopper mountain bike someone tossed in FL that was like new and was still selling for $1,100.00 online. My best find was way back in the mid 80s (Yes before you guys were born hehe) I found two trunks. one was full of every Saturday Evening Post magazine ever published from mid 1800s and the other was full of wax paper duck decoys. I sold the decoys for $2,100 and was going to keep the magazines. I was only 15 and knew there was a ton of value as they were all sealed in plastic. My dad sold the entire trunk to some guy for $100.00. I guarantee just one of those was worth thousands. They had ads from the first vehicle ever made in them! My wife doesn't understand how calming it is to look thru that stuff.

Florida on the coast for sure has some treasures! We found some crazy surge protector over near a Melbourne that was worth like $550. For sure worth cruising the streets!

Because they would have to bring to donation center or call someone to pick it up.
      Basically, they are being lazy.

They do NOT donate because they are evil, selfish, thoughtless, self centered, and live in their own world of PURE GREED, and TOO MUCH MONEY!!!😮😢

Back in 2001 I was driving in Scottsdale AZ on a Saturday and drove by a really nice high dollar sofa sitting in the curb in perfect condition. No tears or stains and its was off white. I had been thinking about buying a second hand sofa anyway, so I loaded this one in the back of my truck and took it homs. A thorough cleaning later I had a sofa I owned for 5 years. It was also a $1000 sofa new.

And that look like an Oled tv!! It was probably a working tv! I found an almost new 55 Sony Bravia smart tv with remote on the curve I pick it up and tested it still working till this day! Some people upgrade and throw them away!! But unless they upgraded to a bigger size tv there is nothing that beats Oled when it comes to black and high dinamic range!!

Some of those hand made wooden window shutters cost $500.00 to maybe $600.00 each or more. I have installed some of them for people. And the ones that they didn't take could of been fixed.
