Ingredients
• Pasta: 2 cups penne
• Chicken: 150 grams, diced
• Butter: 1 tbsp
• Olive Oil: 3 tsp
• Garlic: 1 tbsp, chopped
• Flour: 2 tbsp (maida)
• Milk: 2 cups
• Cheddar Cheese: ½ cup, shredded
• Seasonings: Salt, pepper, dried oregano, and basil to taste
Instructions
1. Boil pasta in salted water for 9 minutes, then drain and toss with olive oil.
2. In a pan, heat olive oil, cook chicken seasoned with salt and pepper for 3 minutes, then set aside.
