I can't believe that no one has mentioned having a crush on Spencer!! His hair is beautiful, he has an adorable smile, a great sense of humor, and is so absurdly intelligent. I could listen to him talk for hours. I watched through all of HarmonQuest specifically because of Spencer. What a babe. Thanks for this interview!
@niquepants HA, glad you enjoyed it. He was definitely a big part of the reason I watched Harmonquest too! He's also the reason I enjoy the "That Happens" podcast so much. I suppose the fact that he's so easy on the eyes is just a bonus ;)

I would love of critical role became a network. Of course Matt's campaign would continue, but also, weekly or bi weekly shows given to proven creators with casts of their choice and a direction they want. My suggestions would be,

Deborah Anne wolle
Spencer Crittenden
Brian W Foster
And so many others for shorter campaigns or 1-5 shots.
@Andy, maybe it's less screaming into the void and more speaking it into existence LOL.
I think that's actually a brilliant idea. Everyone likes different styles of campaigns...I'm a fan of completely ridiculous fast moving ones. I have some friends who prefer something else...have something for everyone I suppose.
Your lineup has some heavy hitters my dude LOL. Would be awesome, though.
@@whyamipod haha I just think it would cover a huge gamut of actual plays and it could aggregate it into a one stop shop of sorts. And for someone like Spencer, I think all he needs is the right platform and a chance to follow his own direction. Having a bit of a built in audience to launch for would be huge for him.
All that being said, I just think the dude has a ton to offer and I hope he gets an animated show off the ground if his next endeavor isn't dungeon mastering.
And of the off chance he hears this: hire me as your main composer for anything you do please Spencer haha.
And hey bud, if you want some original theme music instead of take 5, I'd be into hearing a vibe you're looking for and sending something your way. This is interview was very enjoyable. Came for Spencer, but really a rad pod all together.

Ha, it's awesome that you recognize Take 5...not sure if too many other people are familiar with it. I had someone do a custom rendition for my intro(always really enjoyed it). I really don't know what I'd switch it to if I was going to go with something different(what's the vibe of a podcast that has polar opposites on it week to week LOL?). So pleased you enjoyed the Spencer episode, and the format as a whole. It's the kinda thing I love, but I think I'm in the minority LOL.
Shout out to Spencer Crittendons everyman bedroom, bedside table of crap and orange tabby. These are the heroes we need to normalize normalness.
