This tip is great for interactive PDF's, publish online or fixed layout epub. Have you tried InDesign's Publish Online feature to host your interactive documents, let us know how you got along?

Thanks for this! My question is, can you create a rollover button for a PDF that you can then download and it would still have all the button functionality?

Thanks for watching Dale. Yes, rollover buttons o work in Interactive PDFs, but not much else does from an interactive perspective (despite the name 😂). Generally speaking, publish online is the most user accessibly format these days from InDesign.

Hi Leoilka, I don't think it is possible to apply button settings to multiple objects. This would be very useful. 😢

hello, in the Pdf I prepared interactively, the names of some buttons are the same. Therefore, when the Pdf is clicked, a tick mark appears in 2 boxes. There are so many that I can't fix them one by one. Is there any chance to find these buttons using find and replace or is there any other method? thanks in advance
