I did my hat using Caron Cotton cake yarn. Because I tend to crochet tight, I had to add a few of the stitch combination rows to make it a little longer to fit. Thank you for the tutorial. If it wasn't for me watching and trying out some of your beginner beanie patterns, I would not have wanted to learn how to make them, I was having problems at first. Thank you for your motivation and encouragement that you give when you do your tutorials.

Started it lastnight, looked awesome then this morning starting at it you said "now you should have 36 stitches" and I count and I'm like "uhhh boss, I have 38 stitches." increased somewhere I didnt have to, I think thats what I get for starting this right before bed. Always happens!
