    I love your Videos 😊
I was in jeweler safety class yesterday and it was mentioned that if my pickle is blue, it has a high amount of copper in it and should be treated as a hazardous material, so not to touch it it with bare hands, or dispose of it down the drain.
You are an amazing source of information! Thank you for making these videos ❤

Ideas of using a glass infuser, tea pot are amazing! I was actually looking for a slow cooker for pickle but changed my mind to give a glass casserole dish a try first!

Thank you for the eye opener you gave me with the glass tea pot. It just looks like a natural way of using that for blackening silver. I wonder why I did not think of that myself.
I definitely try to avoid bringing chemicals that I use to work with silver to my kitchen because of the health hazards that might arise from contaminating the kitchen counter top or even food stuff. So no warming of pickle solution or any other chemicals there (also, I have an induction stove which will not work with any glass container). But a candle lit tea pot warmer works brilliantly, although it is not really cost effective if you work as a professional, or maybe find an old electric fondue at a car boot sale - which is what I did and it is absolutely identical to warming he solution on a kitchen stove - just without having to bring the acid to the kitchen and it is readily available at any time at your studio workspace.
As for pots: Anything that is stainless steel will not cause the pickle solution to be contaminated. But one should test that equipment first with a small snip of sheet or wire silver.
