Usually we put irrigation line under the plastic. In this case I was planting cabbage and in my area we normally get enough rain that the planting hole will allow enough moisture for the plant. Thanks for watching
@@Mtnfarmer can you plant cover crops and clovers after spraying, nobody gives a definitive answer. I plant my garden then in the fall I plant for my cows. I need to spray for grass in my sweet corn.

I broadcast it before I lay the plastic I have put fertilizer through the drip too

If you leave the plastic to lose when digging the trench then it has a big possibility to come off and fly away
