    I tried to make buttercream once, even swiss meringue buttercream, but the final product js tastes like butter and sugar 😂 I know it's counter intuitive to hope for anything else, but it would help if you could describe the taste

      When I made buttercream it didn’t taste like butter to me but for Swiss meringue, the butter taste was very strong

    Very nice...waiting for next video...shivesh i have just one confusion. I always read that there is difference between powder sugar and icing sugar. Icing sugar is 10time superfine & added with cornstarch. Powder sugar is just a fine grinded sugar. So which better for buttercream??? Please reply.

    Thanks for the post bro I'm sure it's 😋 but I prefer my mom's buttercream frosting she uses 125g of unsalted butter , 125g of shortening, 3 cups of confectioners sugar , 1 tsp of vanilla extract and 1 tsp of lemon zest. Stable enough to make a flower decorations on a naked cake. Medical student Malaysia God bless.👍✌

      if you have large gaps in your sieve then the lumps of the sugars gonna sift out too

    I used salted butter once and it was tasty but I could taste the saltiness in the butter cream. Should I use unsalted butter cream? If yes, which company? Also, many people use homemade butter "makkhan"...does that work out?

      Measurements in grams .. 2 cups of icing sugar is around 250 grams .. so roughly equal quantity of butter & icing if u take in grams .

    Shivesh How to make whipping cream stiff without gelatin. Because while decorating my whipping cream loses its texture and starts melting. This was my unsolved question for a long time. please help

      It's always recommended to whip to soft or medium peak, the reason is if u r using for frosting cake the whipped cream gets whipping because of movements during decoration, so it loses the texture and makes it look overworked which doesn't look pleasant.

      Safiya S Was your heavy cream cold and the mixing bowl, sometimes even the temperature in the room can add to problems. The colder the cream the better it is.

    Hi, I wanted to know which brand of icing sugar works best for buttercream? With the humidity in Bombay icing a cake with buttercream is so stressful as it melts so quick
