For some one that didn't want to be on camera your channel is wicked. Your dogs are beautiful. we just got a Golden retriever/lab service dog in our house. Thanks for entertaining/teaching me
Labs are great dogs...I had a black lab as a teenager...he was a great dog...loved him. R i p Shadow
2 Liter Mountain Dew Chug 🍾challenge.😂😂😂🦅🦅🦅🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
Everybody like this
2 litre naw do the gallon challenge.
My kidneys hurt just thinking about it.
Just saying the playing field was not level. He’s a dad. I need a few years.
With beard game that bad you never stood a chance Cleetus
Just think of it this way Cleetus first is the worst second is the best so next time is all you brother
You need to put a bun in the oven on cooking with Cleetus to even the field.
I just want to see ruby track updates lol
New Shirt: You're a Dad how Am a suppose to win this?
Carbon fiber valve covers...what?! Are you kidding me? Cleetus really needs to come out of his shell if he's gonna win the next pistachio eating contest. Love the '69 Camaro.
Currently rebuilding my late father's 69 Camaro. Far enough from original already that I can have some freedom.
Build plans:
400 small block, stroked and bored to 434 and super charged
RPM Transmissions built T-56 Trans
Art Morrison Chassis /w IRS
Check out Rockland Standard Gear too bro. They do a 👌 T56 (can't quiet remember what they call it- something like Transilla or something) that has dog syncros from 1st to 5th so you can upshift with no clutch. It's pretty reasonably priced
hay guys great vid glad you were impressed by the hurricane manifold i work at harrop and one of my jobs is to assemble these manifolds cheers from australia
Paul Noble that's cool af. The thing looks beautiful.
Just bad ass stuff.
All the Harrop stuff is really nice- just WAY to expensive for what the individual items are. You deff pay a premium for that Harrop name. They would sell so much more if pricing was a bit more reslistic.
We need to start seeing a weekly challenge in the shop between the guys
The how not to blow an engine challenge? Heheh
I love cars, I love dogs and who doesn't love to have fun with friends. This is the ultimate mix! Chapeau Jeremy, you nailed it!
Do I see 5 golden retrievers in one place? Are you trying to cause the universe to explode with happy good doggyness?
Man I watched about 8 tuning videos from Bisi, Brent, and now you. My head hurts! Tuning is definitely an art! You all do amazing things with these motors.
Can you point me to those other channels and any others that discuss tuning?
@@n5yiz pfi speed and bisi moto. Both have youtube channels.
@@John-hw3ds got it..thks
pmoore4321 Bisis channel is not the best. I watched him do some tuning on a Hoonagin car.
@@John-hw3ds yeah...looks like a bunch of import stuff. Not my thing, but an interesting channel none the less.
@Fasterproms This format in my opinion works extremely well into what I believe car guys are missing. It can sometimes be difficult to find new builds on the internet that interest us and for someone like yourself that's closer to the builds since you tune them you're a natural resource for "interviews" with the car builders. Think of it like a poor Jay Leno? lol Anyway keep up the good work!
That's a really good idea.
I have had some experience with those harrop cross ram injectors. Very very snappy on the Gas. Only issue we had was it was on a 402Ci motor, big mech roller etc, and at part throttle at higher RPM the air passing the plates would push the throttle motor around and it would go limp home. Love what you guys do.
5:48 James starts putting scratches on the Camaro show car, great job James!
Throttle linkage all set perfectly to manage how it opens equally. #Talent and #Patience
Harrop are not one's to fuck around
This is why everyone loves you both. I am so happy we get to share in the shenanigans.
Jeremy, just know that I absolutely LOVE your channel. Please never stop posting, I believe you have your own character apart from cleetus and I love it! Love your dogs too. Hell yeah brother!
Gosh dang that window view of the shop from the office is amazing!!
Why do i feel like owning a tuning shop is the best job in the world everytime i watch your video i want to learn more and more. Love the video jeremy keep up the great work friend!
So excited to get info on this car since we saw it in Cleetus's video! Freaking awesome!
Jeremy, I am the same way with noises. Landscaper's equipment drives me crazy. Keep up the great work. That goes for the whole gang!!
Glad you mentioned something about the construction trucks, I was watching Cleetus's video and it was driving me nuts. Thought I was going crazy. Love the videos, don't know alot about cars but the way you explain things I feel like I do.
Thanks for this informative ITB tuning video Jeremy. I suggested Brent do one yesterday and you both did one today. Definitely inspired and more informed. Thanks for sharing some secrets while still retaining the wizard secrets ;)
Nice work! I tuned an ITB setup with OBD1 years ago on my old Camaro. Great times, haha.
Love the technical detail you put in your videos Jeremy, great job!
Thank you for showing that Camaro it is definitely a thing of beauty
Jeremy, just thought I'd mention I freaking love your technical aspect of your videos and all the instructional stuff it's inspiring and just awesome. Lots of love from Melbourne,Australia, keep it up!
That tire is going to rub for sure
Thinking that it is going to heat up and blow on a long trip
The exhaust is going to melt the tire off?
It's probably more of a show car. Probably will only see a trailer and car show parking lot
The new wheel set up won’t be near it ;)
As he said in the video. Only test wheels for the dyno
Juan R looks like it will be a burnout car with proper Australian burnout wheels which are really glorified space savers
That intake would be perfect to hide nitrous under the cover and not easily seen.
Jeremy I feel your pain on tuning one of these ITB intake setups. The one I tuned for a buddy had cable throttle so we had to build an iac and map plenum to get it to work properly. You’re right about that influx of air. I had to play with the transient fuel a lot to get rid of the lean bog. Check out the truck. It’s an ls7 s10 with Jenvy ITB intake run off of a 411 PCM. UA-cam “Final Call Racing” to check it out.
Hey Guys, I'm a 34 yr old Scottish spray painter (to a high standard 👌) and massive petrolhead. I think you guys should adopt me as an immigrant, I would be willing to work in exchange for food and the sound of meaty V8s. You Guys seem like you would be great mates. Keep up the good work. (I'm also great at clearing pistachio shells)
About time, it has been in the background of other videos for a week.
A whooooole week omg
"It worked until it didn't" -real life lessons by James
Don't really have "favorites", but the 69' Camaro IS my favorite car since I was a kid reading HotRod Mag. Now an unobtainable goal, but I still love to see every one I find.
Love this kind of content. Please share more if your tuning methods and philosophy. You're a genius!
"It worked until it didnt" man James kills me 🤣
This is such a beautiful car/build!
Wouldn't the exhaust melt that tire?
This is quickly becoming my favorite car channel
I'm glad you have showed this car I been waiting on you or Cletus one to show off this car been seeing it in the back ground of the last video or so
Great fun - as always! Thank you Jeremy for your ride-along/training session. There is so much to learn! This is a great family of guys! Damn... I now want to binge on pistachios! crunch crunch... Chuck in NE Kansas
Great content thanks for sharing, so much enjoyment rewatching these videos
Fucking LOVE resto mods. Supermuscle needs to be a proper class of car. Modern engine, modern radio, seat warmers, etc in an old school car. I need to do one one day.
Jeremy, back in the late '60s Jim Hall's Chaparral Can-Am racer (J2 or H2) used a low profile cross ram mechanical fuel injection on a big block Chevy, same idea, long runners, but a low profile (as opposed to the McLaren cars that had the tall stacks.)
19 people that gave this video a dislike suck. I mean really how can you not love this video. Merica+ tuning+jeremy+cleeter. There is nothing better
I work on cars like that '69 Camaro all the time. This one is clean, but some of the cars I've helped with would kill you. Now I gotta get into the tuning side. I think I could only dream of being as good as you are with this.
That intake makes me proud as an Australian. Nice one Harrop Engineering
Aussie here. I had to rewind when I heard harrop because I wasn't sure with the accent haha
Love ya chennal! Keep it up.
Keep up the good vids you guys!! Enjoy everyone being in everyone's videos! And learned some ITB tuning tips today! Love the pro tips and physically showing us viewers!
That engine bay is CLEAN!
WOW that was AMAZING! What a champion! Oh yeah, the Camaro was cool too! LOL!
Looks better without the cover! Love seeing the mechanical goodies.
69 Camaro been my dream car since I can remember!
I just truly knew I exactly what you were explaining when going into detail on the graphs 🤣🤣 bout to do some googling
You weren't wrong calling that "car porn." That engine compartment is absolutely stunning.
15:30 lol. “I’m trying to be a professional here.” 😂
even on a DBW setup the linkage has to be non linear, impressive how much movement of the motor/servo it takes to crack the blades of idle
God, those ITBs sound fantastic!
You had me at Goldens playing in the snow.
An ITB camaro at Jeremy and an ITB crx at PFI? What a great day!
Borla also makes a similar velocity stack intake manifold w/ individual throttle bodies that costs a pretty penny, $6-7k.
Damn, Never seen such a crazy ITB setup
If possible can we have a walk through of your program and than follow you through you tuning a car. I love the challenge looks like it would be a lot of fun. I’m definitely interested.
That car is badass! I have three golden retrievers and is nuts. You my friend take the golden retriever cake
that is one clean sounding full pull
I like the behind the scenes of the shop if you want to call it that.
I can see how tuning for the transition from idle to WOT could be insane for that style intake depending on when WOT happens, how fast the butterfly valve moves, and if there's enough time during an intake stroke for the injector to make up for the sudden need for additional fueling to go with the sudden increase in air mass that might occur during the transition from idle to WOT.. Are there any vacuum balances between the runners on that intake? Can you control the rate of change of the throttle motor?
Sound effects by Jeremy are on point.
That set up is sick!!
I think I'd have to change that carbon cover on the intake to a clear cover so I could see the mechanics working, it would looks so much cooler being able to see it.
Love the Tuning Videos Jeremy!!!!
I love watching these for inspiration on mine. As soon as the car fund gets a little bigger, ill continue to restore it, but sadly college has my money lmao.
The fan remote had me dying 😂
Hey Jeremy, really enjoying the more in depth tuning videos. I am interested in learning more about tuning. Are there any books or videos you recommend, or is it mostly just a deep understanding of an engine?
I'm planning on developing an engine control device, and converting a predator (hazard fraught engine) to EFI & electronic ignition.
To be able to tame butterflies like that and have it not be all or nothing throttle response is impressive.
I definitely learn a lot from your videos.
They 100% need to do a maple syrup chugging contest like Super Troopers!
pistachios are the BOMB!
do you ever take header temps, to see if all cylinders are burning/firing the same.
ITB BURPPPLES! 😳🧨
My dad would totally put an intake like that on his old porsche 928.
@@eddie2148 fuck Dez Bryant and the cowboys.
Awesome tune and intake challenge lmao!!
Great video, keep them coming!
I almost put that intake on my LS7 - but opted for a regular intake with a 103mm TB
Your videos are the best. Informative with fun mixed in. Love these :)
That's one hell of a car built to cruise. The kick panels inside are nice too. I bet the stereo will sound as good as the ITB's ;-)
Awesome video Jeremy !!!!!!
That exhaust tho around the tire. Wtf
Makes no sense to me either, why put it so close?!
Remember those are the wheels he will be running plus if its tubes and you want to run out the factory exits that's probably the only way. The guy doesnt build 80k + cars for nothing.
It’s a show car! Not a driver
Ya shes is a sweet ride love the blue block ..... influx dam straight..
that Intake really is mechanical jewelry. I want one.
Man that's one badass 69 Camaro.
Really loving the content. Keep it up.
You and cleetus are freakin hilarious together! Oh by the way ask him where our promised ruby video is! #oopsididitagain
LMAO at the end, beautiful car Jeremy.
Great vid!
Thanks for the great videos. If you get a screen capture program for your laptop it would be way cleaner than pointing the camera at the laptop
ITBs sound so damn good!
was laughing so hard watching Cleetus opening them when the rest werent looking.
They had me laughing in my room during the pistachio eating contest, my parents probably think I’m crazy 😂😂
1st Gen for the win! That's a bad ride! Love your video's!
I always loved the looks of these cars but damn and you gotta watch Cleetus sneaky hands
Love your videos keep up the good work, absolutely love your dad's car
