As a diehard lifetime Seahawks fan (since '96), DK's hands are not great. He catches with his body too much and does drop a fair amount of balls per season. Could improve on high pointing balls w/ contested catches; I think he'd probably agree to an extent. Dude is uber talented & TBH, probably my favorite Seahawk on the team. But his hands do need to improve.
A distraction that cost his team games last season. If he played for a franchise that wasn't Seattle's he'd be getting the coverage he deserves for his sideline antics at times. DK Metcalf has the tools to be a top 5 menace of a receiver in this league but we're already seeing articles asking if he's peaked at 26 (27 in december). Here's hoping Seattle can keep him happy for a full season under the new OC Ryan Grubb, who wants to move this physical specimen everywhere in this offense to get him the ball. Hopefully this will allow him to have a winning impact.
