    This is 5-minute yoga you can do anywhere! If you don't have a mat or you can't put your hands on the ground, this is the perfect stretch and flow practice for you. The poses are simple and we include all of the following: forward folds, standing backbend, side stretch, twist, strengthening and stretching the lower body, and opening the chest and shoulders. Enjoy your practice!
    P.S. I filmed this while on vacation in Montreal at 22 weeks pregnant :)

This first version is 5 minutes and the second version is 10 minutes (to be published a week after this video). The poses are simple and we include all of the following: forward folds, standing backbend, side stretch, twist, strengthening and stretching the lower body, and opening the chest and shoulders.     I watch this video at least a few times a week so I wanted to mention two things:
    1. Thank you so so much for this short little practice! It's so perfect for a quick stretch. and
    2. Every single time I'm so delighted by the squirrels running up the tree behind you and the doggo that can be seen towards the end of the video. I love them 💜

    Great for traveling. I took an overseas flight and did some yoga every couple of hours to avoid fatigue and reduce DVT formation. This could be done while waiting in the airport too. Thanks for another great video!
