hey, i just bought a ugreen capture card but whenever i try to start a new recording, the device wont show up. any idea why this might be happening? thanks!

Make sure your computer is recognizing the unit in your system settings. Then make sure the software you use is also recognizing it in the software settings.

did we need to buy more converter hdmi to usb c, i use ipad air 5 and want to screen it on pc

If u don’t have a “mirroring” device or TV this should work
