Reference is made to the tendency of the Lungs to collapse and for the Chest Wall to expand, what happens to the Intrapleural (Intrathoracic) Pressure during a forced exhalation or Valsalva Maneuver, Pleurisy (Pleuritis), Pneumothorax , and the Alveolar (Intrapulmonary) Pressure.
