At what point are we going to start justifying protesting at funerals and weddings because Palestine is more important than your silly traditions?
The students can play Palestinian dress-up and wear a keffiyeh and imitate what they believe is the lifestyle of the Palestinians. They can chant controversial things they have been indoctrinated to say, just like children that just learned the F-word. But even better shocking things that rhyme while acting like true social warriors for Hamas. From the River to the sea, my keffiyeh looks so good on me!
I'm happy that young graduate was able to receive his diploma peacefully without being yanked out of the commencement hall because of his Palestinian garb. That was exactly what happened at Georgia State University which is unacceptable in a democracy, so I hope DeSantis and the Florida university system continue to handle these campus protests with restraint.
