It’s very difficult to sit through most 40 minute videos without skipping through parts. Yours are an exception, they’re really well done and humorous. Thanks for what you do 👍🏻
@@VicariousVoyager Alright would recommend to fly on the 787 Dreamliner and not the 737 I have flown the 737 its basically like a normal airliner but its really a good airliner the crew is always extra nice to everyone !
We don’t like long format blogs, we LOVE YOUR long format vlogs. Always well put together, entertaining, informative, funny, and just overall a great product. Keep up the great work, and hello from Sint Maarten 🇸🇽
Really enjoyed the long format. I was having a rough day and watching your video was a great way to disconnect & enjoy the travel by plane & views. Keep up the great work.
I was so relieved it was a long video. I got to chill and watch while working. Something about your personality and the tone of your voice that makes me instantly calm - plus you're funny.
it was really interesting to watch how flights and lounges are set up during the pandemic. thanks for making these videos and injecting a little bit of humor in each one! side note that suv at 6:05 was surprisingly nice
I love that your videos are not about you, but are always about the experience. This is why your channel is much loved and is an oasis in this sometimes desert / cesspool called UA-cam. Cheers mate from "down undah"
👏👏👏Very well done. Extraordinary! A straightforward point of view of a tourist. Unlike majority of tour videos which look & sound like a paid ad. Kudos! Quite neat, too. Complete review from departure from domicile, airport, aircraft, arrival, travel to hotel, hotel, quick view of the place with an intelligent commentary, then return trip review too. Wow. All in one. Best ever! 👏👏👏👏👏
Moving from Ireland, my girlfriend and I lived in Toronto for the entirety of 2015, living in Cabbagetown at Wellesley and Jarvis. We've booked a trip back for my 30th birthday in April. With all the uncertainty in the world we're not so sure if we'll make it. I love watching your videos and getting a glimpse of the CN Tower and the rest of the skyline. Brings back so many great memories, and makes me hopeful of making more next year. Thankful for you and your videos, you've got a subscriber for life in Dublin, Ireland.
I am sure that Dennis Bunnik would say: “ Mate ( my friend) you are a scream”, meaning that he and I think you are a breath of fresh air. Keep it up because we are loving your videos and your flights around the world.....time you found your way to Australia,
Love the long form - well, short form too - as vicarious travel is all that we have for us locked away (although not locked in) Australians. Great to return to Ottawa and (briefly) Montreal, although I've only driven between the two. The soft, sarcy humour of a Canadian cousin is a refesehing way to while away a little time. Take care and I look forward to your next vLog!
20:18 wow what a wonderful view - been a long time since I was in Ottawa - it was for a wedding so not up to see the early morning views 😂🤣 thnx for getting up and sharing with us 🤗
I love watching your business trip videos. I Ike the soundtrack you use... very cool. Fun to watch as I like to see different parts of the world via your video blogs.
Love the "long format" vids! Feels as if we are travelling rather than just riding and learning about the airlines amenities and maybe a few of their hiccups IF any!! Great aerial shots of the cities! Pleasant glimpse of Ottawa.I appreciated the "trading of inaults" in diacribing the usual fracas of our federal parliament!! You voiced a very sincere appreciation of our country. While far from perfect, we are still very very fortunate in many ways. You humour is a delight! Best of luck regarding your work and keep the videos coming when you can. Safe travels!
I really do like your longer videos! I appreciate your satire and do like seeing the hotel rooms and many aspects of the transportation you use. I haven’t travelled in a very long time. It’s interesting to see how Covid practices have been put in place. Thanks for taking us along!
Thanks for the vicarious experience (it's at least temporarily placating my lack of flights, going from 60 in a year to just 16 before COVID). Include the takeoff rolls if you can they're the best part :-)
This was a great video. I really enjoyed following along. I find it very very difficult to get into any other vlogs like these because you do such an amazing job. Keep it up and start producing more!! :)
Im flying for the first time in 7 months on an AC ERJ-175 and AC 787-9 ... really looking forward !! thanks for making these videos even when we couldn't fly... keep your eyes ever upwards
Watching all the way from Brighton, England! Love your vlogs. Been to Montreal, Calgary multiple due to family being based there and miss it so much! Keep up the great content!
I like Ottawa , its small , with no resemblance to Western Canada which has totally different flavour ( they have to work for a living ) Gatineau over the river used to be called Hull in my day , no doubt after the English town but it was too Anglais for the Province of Quebec so it had to change !
I do enjoy your vlogs and you do put a lot of effort in making them entertaining. Thank you! As to the length, my personal preference are the longer ones!
I live in Ottawa, right where you filmed. I walk in the parks and by Parliament often. It had become so normal to do so, that seeing it through your eyes I gained an appreciation of what I have living in the heart of Ottawa. Thanks for the perspective!!!
Must be a short flight . We had to go from Ottawa to St Johns a few times and as no direct flight went through Montreal . It was supposed to be a prop flight for the Ottawa / Montreal leg but turned out not availablee so they substituted a small jet . About a 15 minute flight and the stewardess was hilarious doing all the work in the cabin , including all the cross checks handing out a quick coffee at the same time as all the usual safety spiel .
As a very recent subscriber, I giggled about your comment re the 'unfortunately named' coffee provider in the Ottawa airport. There is a very small community halfway between Calgary and Airdrie Alberta, where I live, that is also named Balzac.
I thought I was watching an older video. But when I heard about the maple leaf lounge being open I had to check the upload date. Thanks for making this video I have a flight to YYZ and was wondering what it the lounge situation was like.
Funny video and a most excellent flight reviews as always !! Ottawa looks lovely !! Horrible to see airports looking like a ghost town !! Great views despite the engine getting in the way !! Take care and stay safe mate !!! So sad to see airports like ghost towns !! Really enjoyed the flights !! At least you can fly...here in Victoria in Australia we need hard to get permits and in NSW (Sydney) you have to self isolate in a hotel for 14 days at your own expense !!If you fly in from Melbourne !! UUghh....thanks again mate !!
omg need this format of video more......please it is very enjoyable and really beautiful city......plus with ur calm, funny, informative, sarcastic, cinematography and etc really make the video seems short. thanks buddy n u also very good looking young man....lucky ur gf.
Just a note to say thank you for covering a Montreal trip. I've been unable to re-enter Canada for the past year and miss friends and loved ones greatly and with the upcoming re-opening to overseas vaccinated travellers I've been watching your videos as part of a reacquaintance with travel process. My last flight was August 22nd out of Pearson to the UK and it's been fun to see places nad planes I recognise, as well as the clang of the card reader on the UP service. Truly a vicarious voyage for me. Hopefully September 9th will result in a direct experience!
Thank you for letting us travel Vicariously with you during the pandemic! So enjoyable. I am even not sure if I will travel again. Looking back, I was always sick with a cold after a flight. Maybe I will take a little away from Covid-19 and always wear a mask on a flight if I do travel again. I may even not get close to strangers ever again. Funny how the mind works. In any case. Thank you for posting what we all miss.
You do a really good job, would love to see a video on your vlogging tips & best practices if you haven't already. I would love to try it out next time I travel. Even just for my family and friends.
yea Ottawa actually does have cows within the urban area. Also the apocalypse suspended the International flights and Trans-border flights. Also delayed Falir from starting flights on of the airport.
Hello from a fellow Torontonian! I was in that lounge in January, and had the same take-away breakfast. Although, I was a fan of the cottage cheese flavour mixture lol ... it was a bit peculiar that they didn’t offer a few simple take aways like a breakfast sandwich though!
I love your videos I feel as if I have been somewhere in this damn lock down as we in England are preparing to go into a month long one, Canada looks lovely and it really is somewhere I would love to go. Thanks again take care!
I do love your videos. "Holly crap that's fucking expensive". That is priceless. I don't let COVID bother me either, hey it is what it is, we just deal. By the way I love the long trip videos, keep making them.

Love these long format vlogs, they're not boring because you're not boring. Please do make more ❤️
Agree 100%

couldnt agree more !!
It’s very difficult to sit through most 40 minute videos without skipping through parts. Yours are an exception, they’re really well done and humorous. Thanks for what you do 👍🏻
The next video won't be about Air Canada.
EDIT*: It's a CRJ900, not 700. Their names also don't make sense.
haha
Could you do norweigen some time???
@@ShaddoMemes Possibly next year, but it's definitely on my list of airlines to try!

Nice to see high quality content in low quality times
