    I want to compliment you on your ability to tell your audience what you want to say - WITHOUT all the drama that so many people seem to think they need to do. It's refreshing to hear you talk NORMALLY and NOT use all the dramatic facial expressions and weird gestures. YOU are not an actor. So I appreciate that you did not attempt to entertain or audience or act goofy. And thanks for NOT playing the background music loud. It can be soooo distracting. I hope this encourages you. I see that you made this tutorial a few years ago...but it came across my path today. May GOD richly bless you.

    That was truly beautiful... it may not be true cracked glass but it's just as beautiful if not more! The elegant look the glass gives off is just amazing... Fantastic DIY!!

    I like this project because you can take glass items that were acquired separately and make them appear to be a decorative set, giving your environment a cohesive theme.

    Wow and Wow!! I am sorry but your work looks much better than the crackled glass. I just love it!! I have three grandchildren that are setting up for housekeeping and this is a great way for them to have beautiful items in their home. Also, not all of us can afford to buy items from the stores and this is as good as any to set up for your home!!! I love hearing your videos. You voice is very soothing, and you sound very clear. Thank You!!

    Another inspiring diy project. Your projects are simple yet elegant and have inspired me or better yet challenged me to overcome fear of some projects and doing them myself. Yes, I tackled the bathroom and trimmed a hallway mirror! I'm so proud of myself. Thanks Toni, I'm looking forward to trying out this new project you make everything so easy

    Omg 😳 that’s a really good idea. I just made these cracked glass witches cauldron style candles with crystals - no intentions on listing them for sale, but my better half posted them on our site anyway and now I’m getting flooded with orders. I was getting worried because it’s not easy finding those cracked glass vessels - this is PERFECT to recreate them! Thank you!

    I just ran across your video of cracked glass DIY. I'm so impressed! Great job on the video itself, but also your technique was really inspiring to create the same look...you really can't tell the difference. Such an elegant, charming look. The vases look so expensive. Wonderful, just wonderful. Thanks so much. I'll be trying this soon. These would make great gifts.

    I tried this technique on some candleholders. My crayon strokes seemed to brush off with the glitter glue. I also had to press fairly hard to get the crayon to write on the glass or go back over it a couple of times, and that left grey flecks of crayon where it was thicker at.

    Hi Toni, I have a new question, after the glitter glue, but B4 the spray lacquer,. Can a type of copper dust be put on lightly to produce a better crackled affect?
    Than use a lacquer spray to seal everything? Thank you, you have inspired me to try this crackled glass look. ❣️❣️❣️

    Beautiful work, lovely ideas for Christmas and, anything.. Q.. I know you can't use for eating or drinking, but is there a way to protect the lip-mouth part so you could for a once special party?. Also how do you wash these projects?, and other center pieces, you have showed us etc..?

    • @YourHouseaHomeTV
      @YourHouseaHomeTV  8 років тому

      You should put a protective coating on them after they dry. I used a clear protective spray but for a stronger protection you can use Minwax Gloss Polycrylic Protective finish. That should be able to protect the lip. You could use this on all the projects, it leave a clear strong protective coating. You can hand wash them but don't put in the dishwasher. www.walmart.com/ip/Minwax-Polycrylic-Protection-Finish-Half-Pint-Gloss/17300057?action=product_interest&action_type=title&beacon_version=1.0.1&bucket_id=irsbucketdefault&client_guid=61c1a902-2905-4c7d-8ebc-4d97d12e4b4d&config_id=2&customer_id_enc=&findingMethod=p13n&guid=61c1a902-2905-4c7d-8ebc-4d97d12e4b4d&parent_anchor_item_id=17253540&parent_item_id=17253540&placement_id=irs-2-m2&reporter=recommendations&source=new_site&strategy=PWVAV&visitor_id=cFZ5YSBgo4xRpG6PldltKM
