From a durability perspective the gray hose is better, the blue hose is a cleaner non-marking version and won't hold dirt and grime in the jacket, both are high quality KobraJet hose. There are hose kits with fitting and hoses without. You may want to double-check that the item you've selected has the fittings installed.
