Thanks for the advice, I did not know why those lines are coiled. Kind of thought it was for vibration but yes there is movement between fame and body and of course in time the lines will get damaged.👍
If bending tight I stick peice of aluminum wire into tube it kind like mandrel tube can't collapse then pull wire out when finished of course you can use tig filler rod too just don't do to many 90's as it will lock the wire in the tube .
These were a lot for the truck. But was a waste as I ended up cutting them up anyways. But I got all the fittings I needed so I guess it was worth it for that

Copper Nickel alloy is easy to work with.

I use a 36mm Axle nut socket. Works every time.

Are you using the bulk precoiled brake line or sections from the parts store?

This is almost impossible to do near master cylinder
