- Just a nice old impact wrench that is meant for lug nuts and construction work, not a lot of torque but built well and has variable speed which is uncommon for corded impact wrenches. I do not know why in decades past corded impact were made as low power units, I believe because they thought you would use air if you needed high power.
Another tool made by the Diehl Manufacturing Company, which was bought by Singer, and eventually became part of Ryobi.
I have Black and Decker Bull Dawg it was ok in it's day beats the hell out of twisting things by hand it was good to tear down engines in a garage without air before cordless tools.
The side handle is missing the plastic handle that is cast over that stud. My dad had one of those in the garage when I was little and I think he had it in the 1970s.
Hello again. Catus Maximus and Tiny
Thank you for another Great Video 👍
Amazing how older tools actually look old!
Still one of the best tool channels out there. I hope you keep putting out content for a long time. But dang man, aren't you running out of space yet to store all these tools?? I feel like it's time for another tool collection overview vid... maybe at 50k? hahaha. Where in the world did you learn so much about the details of these tools and stuff? Only thing I can think of is you must follow a ton of tool forums or something for many years.
Mr Maximus, It looks like this impact wrench has had a pretty easy life to this point. 😁
You got that right!
