- 1 Giant Leap is a multimedia project that Jamie Catto and Duncan Bridgeman started in 2001. They embarked upon a global journey to 'explore the Unity in the Diversity', blending different styles of music. The Way You Dream is one of the songs that emerged. Michael Stipe sings with Asha Bhosle from India, and the result is amazing.
The clip was inspired by a dream I had some time ago about going on a journey from India to Tibet.
Let's keep alive the dream of a free Tibet and a world where all live in peace and harmony.

I remember being at Glasto and one of the guys involved that had toured the world recording the input/samples.
He proposed to his wife live in the tent.
It was memorable.

It's such an amazing song!! Just discovered this tune on Spotify. Though.. I don't know which version I have heard, but almost nowhere is Whiri Mako Black credited for her fantastic effort and contribution with her fantastic tone in... I guess Maori. It really touches the soul. So, even though the original version stands on its own, for me, the song is not the same without her.
