How to replace or add a new camera for HeimVision Security System?

    It’s not detecting one of my camera. I been waiting for about an hour. What else can I do? All I did was move the camera to a different place all of a sudden it stopped working

      Hello, Rommel. It seems that the connection between the camera and NVR system is not so table. There are some possible solutions for you in case:
      1. Check if the antennas on the cameras are loose. If yes, please tighten them.
      2. Try to reboot the NVR system or go to VIDEO MANAGE interface to click Refresh to refresh the cameras.
      3. Please try to unplug the power supply of the NVR system and cameras, then re-plug them again and restart the system.
      If the issue still exsits, please take a short video and send it to support@heimvision.com for further analysis. Do not worry.

    How about adding extra cameras on the Heimvision 243 with Monitor? Not the 241
    I can’t get my added camera working

    i did everything like on video but number wont turn to 4 , just stays on 3 and wont add 4th camera. i waited 1hr nothing and tried several times

    When I go to video management, my screen shows SEARCH above MATCH CODE instead of REFRESH. Wonder why?

    We have tried everything and can not seem to add our stand alone camera to our heimkit. We did everything the video said to do and still won't connect

      Hello William, the short Ethernet cable is for pairing the camera with the NVR system, you can take it out after pairing. The black ethernet cable is the cable to connect the NVR to your router. Could you please tell me what issue do you have so that I can provide the right solution for you?

      @@videotutorialsupport6473 I understand the pairing technique, but this requires dismounting cameras from their currently installed positions, a very difficult and time-consuming task. All of a sudden, the system stopped recognizing ALL cameras at the same time.
      Rather than take time de-installing and going through the pairing process, I've simply ordered a whole new system. Yes, I will have to install those cameras, but you can be certain I will test them first.

      Hello William, I have understood your concern. Yes, for sure we suggest the customer should test all the cameras and system before installing them. This is also for the good of our customer.
      And suppose if there is only one camera being defected after using, you only need to dismount and install it for one time. If you replace the whole system, you need to install all 4 cameras again, which takes more time and money. LOL.

      @@billdomb Hello Willam. Now I understand your issue. Do not worry. Could you please tell me the model no. of your system? Is it an HM241?
      And you can't see all the live images on the monitor or PC or mobile device? Could you please describe your issue more clearly or you can take a short video to support@heimvision.com for further analysis?
