Thanks man, yea I’ve got an even better idea of putting recessed drains by the toe rails that lead directly to the water tanks jst havent got around to doing it yet
You are hilarious dude... Im 66 and in the process of buying a 28ft sailboat...Watching your videos encouraged me to do it.. I really like how you have made it fairly self sustaining...Stay safe out there young man
Nice video - keep it up. Very interesting to see your solar set up and the very sophisticated water capture system you've got going on. Have another good week on the water!
Keep it up man! I'm right behind you. Gonna take the ASA 101, 103, 104 courses in Florida in March. Then I'm buying a boat and doing this!! Thanks for helping me stay inspired.
@@OffgridOceanLife I think that's what makes your channel work. You're so raw and real in your videos. I like that. Thanks for sharing. I'll be tuning in each week and who knows? Maybe we'll run into each other on the water some of these days ahead! :-)
I love your videos. Don't change a thing. How often do you have to go under and clean the barnacles and what not off the bottom of the boat. I always wondered that.
Love the support, thanks :) . It depends on how good of shape your antifouling paint is and what body of water your in, in areas with clear clean water there’s not enough nutrients for the barnacles to eat so u really only get algae every month or so. But in dirty water with old antifouling paint I can’t go 2 weeks without doing a hull scrape
Hey there ,greetings from france .well i watched the whole serie .glad i found your channel ,the reason i m hooked is the zero to hero potential here 😅 .out of the undreds boatlife youtuber i think s very rare to find one as noob as you are 😂 .therefore it s gonna be so great to watch your progress and in the same time really show that everyone with a bit of courage and crazyness can go for it I understand you gonna have to go work at some point ,but in my opinion your journey is not just about boat life ,but it s also about showing your battle to get your dreams .i really think you have to figure out a way to not cut the link and share the story no matters what At this point i m sure you ll find some way of shooting with a minimal requirement of editing . With a little bit of imagination anything can turn out entairtaining even the simple routine of going out to work from the boat to the dinghy then the bike Another idea would be to include your banque account statement as anyone can see it going low and feeling up 😅 as it go I m somehow going in the same direction as you,i m 57 years old ,i have travelled the worlds for my career ,and don t have passive income.i m looking for my boat but it will be a motorboat on rivers ,i m not much interested to see the world anymore and ill do inner europe .also i really want to cut expenses as much as possible Basically i m also looking to live off grid,a bit sick and tired to the system as it turns out ,and really want to make my life assholeless and stupid less 😂 Keep it up i believe on your success as much as you are
