Still it felt disappointing that the Pixel 8pro barely outperforms a Snap 765 in gaming.
Literally my Poco F5 has easily 50-60 FPS in Genshin on highest possible settings. And it's a budget phone! Come on Google... Really, it's just horrible, how can you sell a phone for so much money with such terrible performance...
I have poco x6 pro and it veryyyyyyyy hot during gameplay, it throttles and fps falls to 20-30 on the highest graphics
@@sashanik544 I play with a cooler that cools it down quite a bit, but even without it it doesnt go below 50 FPS really that much
@@sashanik544 and the reason its lagging for you so much is because of first - throttling, and second - mainly, because poco x6 pro has a mediatek processor, which is very poorly optimized in a lot of games
@@0thunderstorm01 yessss, dimensity 8300-ultra can show even worse fps, than cheaper Snapdragon

Do not buy for anything unless you can get it for half its price actually
i genuinely think this will get better cus wuwa is a heavier game but runs better

Well.isnt 30fps what the ps4 was?
That's camera phone, not for gaming lol
It's literally the same chip as previous gen, so of course it's Ganna be low.
Google should have went with snapdragon with their pricing
Google Pixel has always had problems with heat, they still don't make Vapor Chamber Cooling (VC). Google's problems have been there since the 1st generation Google Pixel, if they use TSMC and it's still the same. This means the Google Pixel Team should be fired
How are you playing with a controller?
Gamesir App
when is warzone testing coming out? Can you upload today?
i love pixel software, besides the bugs, but my iphone, that's a year older, has better performance at closer to 120 fps.
How are you playing with controller on Android 😮😢
This is why I have no interest with Google...
Tensor G4 probably Exynoss version of Pixel
Being worse than a 8 gen 1 is actually insane
It's also worse than Snap 7 gen 3 and Snap 865.
The 8gen1 is worse than the 865 as well in this game
Have you tried things like AetherSX2 and Dolphin?
Let's just wait for the android 15 update to fully release and marinate it, if the performance stays the same we can blame it on mihoyo
I think it’s more on Google than Hoyoverse. Genshin is pretty optimized nowadays. I think the performance is due to the 2-cores Google removed from Tensor G4
@@DameTech it's only mihoyo, mihoyo runs bad than in others games, like wuthering waves, I agree it can be google because the lenovo y70 a 2 year old phone that still runs 60fps in genshin
Welp gyess im not getting rhe pixel.now. hopefully it performs better in other games
How you play without touch the screen?

what is power usage of pixel 9pro xl??
Something between 5.5 and 6.5 w
@@DimonDeveloper impossible since that would make the phone get into 40C+ degree but the phone stayed around 36C hot
I don't who play in 720p developer must enable 1080p

it looks good...
Still better than my potato phone
Thanks bro why pixel low performance
Qual nome desse contador de FPS?
Thanks
Red Magic 9s Pro please
Isn't it obvious with TG4😂
pixel 8 had horrible fps perfomance too, but then after an update after some weeks of launch, it did run smoothly, same happpened with fortnite

S24 ultra is much better on gaming?
Yss

Who even buys Pixel devices for gaming unless it's just a bit of casual gaming sometimes ??
This means Low Performance in General ..IT has slow storage speeds aswell .. that Show in everyday Tasks what Matters more is If your storage IS 50 percent filled or more .. you could in encounter stutters then
Not Futureproof enough...7 Years of Updates ? With that Chip..If yes you will Miss Features..
You will See If you shot 100s of Photos and used IT for a year or 2 then you will Wish 50 percent more Performance.
ITS Not a 700 Euro budged device anymore...but you get a 300 Euro Phones Performance...
Should i buy the pixel?
If you're ok with 30-40fps , just buy what you love
Other than fps drop, I didn't quite catch any stutters and heave lag spikes which is quite normal on this game
Thermals are also amazing, Cooling system has been really upgraded this time
Considering the phone is not thermal throttling, I would bet its just poor optimization on part of the game. Given this is the first (and only) phone series to have the tensor G4, I would give it a few months for optimizations to be made.
Hey Dame could you invite some genshin impact developers to explain this performance?
I was wrong I bought this one is so shit at pubg
google pixel lineup specially starting with tensor SoC is never for gaming ever, its just for social media and mainly for camera.
Pixel phones arent meant to handle games. They're meant to take photos and scroll social medias.
They are ment to be 300$ phones, we know
that said, for a 300$ phone, it would still be around 30% below average in terms of Gaming performance, it's more in line with 200-250$ phones, while costing 1k+
This is horrible!! 😢
Pure Android is a joke. Thank you to Samsung for modifying Android for the better
Samsung same lost FPS when heats
nice
This is why iphone is the best! Pixel 9, S24u, and all Android phones are inferior to iPhones in gaming. 😂
apple chips have better cpus but snapdragon have better gpus the only difference in real life is google sticking to the old opengl instead of vulkan (like apple did with metal) wich would increase performance and stability add to that some lazy devs don't optimise their games for android you can check the 3d bechmarks for more details
not really. i daily drive an iPhone 15 Pro for general use and iPad Pro M2 for illustration. They are more powerful for short bursts in productivity work, but will throttle fast after 30 minutes of gaming.
I play with a ROG Phone 7 Ultimate without an external cooler. the iPhone stutters way more in games compared to the previous gen ROG Phone. It doesnt even hold 60fps in genshin abyss, while the ROG Phone holds 60 for hours. my room is always 20 degrees here in canada btw
@@windowsdefender7685are u aoutistic rog 7 has vampr chamber inside 😂
