It sucks Surrender isnt going to be on the album, I loved it. Probably my favorite from his 4-track. Especially surprising since he said its one of his favorites of all of them. Oh well, it was released so its not like it went unheard.
I just hope some day they release previously unheard silverchair songs so their fans new and old can finally hear things we've never got to hear before. I don't know about everyone, but I would love to hear everything he/they have ever recorded.

I literally fell on my own feet dancing when I heard Preach for the first time and was like, damn. After escaping a cult where you’re made to feel like the answer has to come from outside you, it felt damn good to get that permission to be my own master. ❤

Surrender is my favourite track too. Much respect for doing what you love. I can't get behind these songs but kudos for being true to yourself. In honesty, I don't buy the live thing. Just after hearing the songs I thought "Well I don't care for it but as long as he's not on stage with backup singers I'm ok" THen I saw a live video and it was exactly what I wasn't expecting. But again, Kudos. Never thought I'd hear much from Johns again.

You are still one of my favourite...Many people hate changes specially when it comes to music but I m glad that you are broadening your mental horizon by exploring diffrent genre.
