Thanks! Try the meat in non-melting PVA to protect against the Crays, and you can coarse grate the spam as a feeder filler with bread and pellet. Hair rig for barbel or direct hook for chub - their mouths are very different and take bait in different ways. Also you can drill the grippa leads to take a clip for a PVA bag.
Thank you Neil. I don't really fish a lot in the summer months and was considering whether to continue doing the filming as it is quite demanding filming on your own. However i have been blown away by the positive comments and it looks like my followers have missed me. So more content on the way. Thanks for your support..
Great to see you making some more content Dave. Nice chub and I see you spraying your lead as well with the garlic spray, I imagine every little bit helps to pull a fish or two. Don't leave it too long before making another video !
Thanks Graham. I'm going to try and upload more often. I've been overwhelmed by how well this video has gone down and the lovely comments i have received. thank you for your support.
Thanks for watching much apricated. My PB Chub of 6lb 4oz stayed with for over 16 years before i bettered it with a 6.10. I still think a 5lb chub is a good fish. Good luck in catching your 6lb chub Martin. I'm sure it will come soon buddy.
Good to see you back dave, don't see enough off you to be honest mate. Rather watch my kind of fishing which your vids are than the usual shite that gets thrown at me on the tube mate. 🫶👍
Thanks Kev, i know what you mean, I've noticed there not a lot of good content around at the moment. I will continue to upload and will do it more frequently too. I've been overwhelmed by the kind comments and its nice to see that people like my style of videos.
Thanks Martin, I remember it took me over 16 years to beat my Chub PB of 6lb 4oz with a 6.10. i still think a 5lb chub is a good fish. I'm sure you'll beat it soon good luck mate
It does make it softer though , less likely to stay on the hair, as I found to my cost!! For me now it's thawed meat through the feeder and fresh ,unfrozen meat for hook bait!
We don't see enough of your videos Dave, they're always a pleasure to watch👍
Thanks for the feedback. I will be doing more, thanks for your support
Im going to upload more often buddy. Thanks for watching.

Nice simply fishing, that's how i like to fish.
Świetnie połowione. pozdrawiam.😀
Thanks John.
If you freeze the meat after you put the garlic paste on, when you defrost it it draws the flavour in and lasts longer.
Great tip Chris, I will try that next time.
It does make it softer though , less likely to stay on the hair, as I found to my cost!! For me now it's thawed meat through the feeder and fresh ,unfrozen meat for hook bait!
Lovely chub mate
