Hello sir🙏🏻🙏🏻 so first the student will apply for the graduate visa and after that the dependent will apply yes? Or can we apply for both at the same time in the same page?
Same Page ? The main applicant (the student) and their dependents (partner and children) must submit separate visa applications. You cannot apply for both on the same page. Once the main applicant's visa is approved, dependents can apply for their respective visas (Graduate visa for partners and Child visa for children). They will need to provide proof of their relationship to the main applicant and other necessary documents. Dependents must have been in the UK as dependents on your Student visa or Tier 4 (General) student visa to be eligible for a Graduate visa. Just Apply your Graduate Visa first and once approved then apply the Dependents but if dependent visa is about to expire too then apply before the expiry, even if you waiting for the decision. Hope that helps... www.gov.uk/graduate-visa/your-partner-and-children
The answer is Yes & No ; Yes in case of some very high level emergency and you need to take that decision But you should not leave as things will get complicated while returning to UK. Also the rule for applying graduate visa is, you have to apply within the UK
Yes, The health insurance amount you mentioned, £1,035, is for one year. If you are applying for a 2-year Graduate visa, you will need to pay £2,070 in total. This means paying £1,035 for each year of your stay in the UK.
Hi, I want to ask, did we need to submit TB test results certificates while making application for graduate visa? As I’m currently just got back to my country to stay for a month and will be going back next month to UK and will be making graduate visa.
Yes, To apply you just needs a day, once you applied and your student visa expired, you don't need to worry as you have already applied the graduate visa.
No, and New Govt is getting strict about IELTS. And if you can get 4.5 then next attempt you will get 5.5. Another way is this : ua-cam.com/video/H4-NX38uhT4/v-deo.html
hi, i’m a student, unfortunately i work more than 80 hours in a one month that is 108 hours, and also that is not in holidays. so is that creat any problem to get the graduate visa ? thank you
Ops...you are making a huge mistake ; you getting paid via NI ? How come company allow you ? You won't be eligible for Graduate Visa, as they will ask for your bank statement / salary slip / they will check your record with HMRC / p46 etc
