“We Bought A House” and Lexie’s podcast are the only ones I listen to. You both have the same casual, easy listening, chill podcast vibes that will make you think occasionally but they’re definitely podcasts that let your brain rest.

NGL, I low key hung on every word you shared about Glennon's book on being/feeling alone. It's really humbling to hear a child talk in that way. I remember feeling so alone many times as a child and so much so that I would cry myself to sleep many nights. I also recently found out that a friend I've lost touch with who had a child shortly after high school has now lost her child to suicide. Her child was not even a teenager yet and part of what her child/daughter left behind were breadcrumbs leading to one forgone conclusion, a conclusion that wasn't determined until after she had left this world - her daughter felt overwhelmingly alone. Anyway, feeling alone is sad and scary and often debilitating for me so it was semi comforting to know that it's a common feeling.

I absolutely loved Untamed, it was such an inspiring book and I related to many things she wrote. One quote that really stuck out to me was when she said "I can use pain to become. I am here to keep becoming truer, more beautiful versions of myself again and again forever. To be alive is to be in a perpetual state of revolution" So so good!

hell yes to book reviews! great video :) PRO TIP: pull the items in your fridge a little bit away from the sides so that nothing is fully touching. The proper air circulation caused by the gap in the sides makes your fridge more efficient and therefore more eco-friendly :)
