@@DaisyCreekFarmsthat is one of the reasons I subscribed. Just down the road in Fresno County. 😊 You cool off a bit more at night in the summer and get a bit more rain. But the essentials are the same.
Jagh is in ALL the zones hubba hubba

Did u thin the carrot sir?
Yes I do, 1 seedling every 3 inches
Not in my zone in containers.( 0 radishes, 0 beetroots, 0 carrots only leaves)
Potatoes yes it's easy in my 11b zone , spinach also grows very slowly, only basil and lemon balm in hydroponics, onions and garlic green part yes grows very quickly -0 efforts)
I have the same results with roots veggies....beautiful greens and no root crop.
You soil may be lacking fertilizer, specially Potassium and Phosphorus. . In addition, your soil maybe have a lot of nitrogen, hence, lots of leaves!
@@DaisyCreekFarms I changed and bought a lot of soil mix and still the same result...so I don't buy it
Not when we are -10-20 ??? I THINK???
It depends on your zone, lower zones would start these in Feb or March
You could grow sprouts this time of year. Mumm's is the cheapest that I have found for sprouting seeds.
He said a week before your last frost date. That’s March for me in 8b.
I don’t think you say as well enough. Please say it more in your videos. You might be able to get it up you the end of every sentence.
Will do as well
