  • An easy and fast loaf with a soft and moist texture.
    Ingredients for both large and small bread maker:
    1 1/2 cup ( 160g ) shredded carrot
    3/4 cup ( 190 ml ) cold water
    1 egg
    3 tbsp ( 60 g ) cold butter
    1/3 cup ( 70 g ) sugar
    1 tsp salt
    3 cups ( 400 g ) bread flour
    1/2 tbsp baking powder
    2 1/4 tsp yeast
    1/2 cup sultanas
    Bahan-bahan untuk BM roti besar dan kecil:
    1 1/2 cawan ( 160g ) lobak merah yang dicincang
    3/4 cawan ( 190 ml ) air sejuk
    1 biji telur
    3 sudu besar ( 60 g ) mentega sejuk
    1/3 cawan (70 g) gula
    1 sudu kecil garam
    3 cawan ( 400 g ) tepung roti
    1/2 sudu besar serbuk penaik
    2 1/4 sudu teh yis
    1/2 cawan sultana

    1 1/2 كوب (160 جم) جزر مبشور
    3/4 كوب (190 مل) ماء بارد
    1 بيضة
    3 ملاعق كبيرة (60 جم) زبدة باردة

    1/2 ملعقة كبيرة بيكنج بودر
    2 1/4 ملعقة صغيرة خميرة
    1/2 كوب زبيب

    The loaf was wonderful but I ended up with a slightly sunken top. What did I do wrong?

      Hmm, a few things might cause bread sunken in the middle, I'm using medium size egg in most of my recipe, so if you're using large, it may cause your dough to be too wet, so maybe add a little more flour, try testing your yeast with plastic spoon to see if the yeast still fresh, if the yeast stick to plastic spoon your yeast is fresh, if not then try using a new batch. Please don't lose hope and good luck on your future baking!🥰

      @@theweatherisaokay4964 Looking for a compatible program on my machines to make this. It appears yours did a mix/knead, then one long rise, then bake. No punchdown then 2nd rise like 'normal' breads. Yes?

      @@JohnBau My 'Butter Loaf' setting: Knead/mix for 10 minutes (4 times ) each rest for 5 minutes then stop to proof at minute 1:45 for 45 minutes then bake. This loaf is slightly dense but soft and delicious. Hope you'll like it too. Happy baking.🥰

      @@JohnBau I think can be done. You just use "Knead" setting for 10 minutes then let it rest for 5 minutes, 4 times. then leave it for 45 minutes before bake.😁
