Posting a video because it’s a promotional video that she’s making a commission off of. It’s still disappointing that you would post this before feeling ready to talk about anything going on rn or direct views to petitions or donation sites
if u followed her u would know she has addressed it multiple times and even has a highlight on her instagram with links to funds and important sources of information. her posting won't do shit she's not going to end racism and literally everyone is aware of what's going on rn.

Love this video! Your videos always inspire me to be healthy + get in a good routine! Also, one tip - La Colombe is pronounced La Co Lowmb (kind of rhymes with roam or foam) - doesn't have the 'bay' sound at the end! I went to school in Philly where it's founded and their HQ is and always worked in their coffee shops haha

Emma you can open the capsules and put them in your morning smoothies or shake it up in your green juice bottle. This would avoid having to swallow the pill. Just in case there is a weird taste, you can pour out a small portion and drink that with the contents of the capsules.

omg I literally CANNOT swallow pills either lmao the only thing I can take with water is like a Claritin, but with advil, tylenol, vitamins, etc., I mix them with apple sauce and it makes it SOO much easier!
