    This is very interesting because i have never made groundnuts in salt.
    I fry them direct in oil
    and am usually burning them. How can i make bigger batches because i make for sale?

      @Ebeeytradehub  2 роки тому

      First you don't fry with oil. Fry without oil. Do it exactly as I did and it won't burn, you can also use sand or salt. I'm going to do another one with sand, watch out for it

      This looks easy but I noticed that you didn't wash and dry the groundnut before frying with salt. Or did you do that behind the camera? Just want to know

      You don't need to soak, but you can dissolve little salt in water and sprinkle on your groundnut, allow to dry before frying

    New subscriber, hope it won't be salty cos I will be making it in big quantity for sale.
    Please since it's for sale should I soak the groundnut first or just fry it directly?

      Fry it directly. Try it with small quantity first

    If you’re using salt instead of Garri to fry, do you still need to soak the groundnut in salt water before frying?

    • @Ebeeytradehub
      @Ebeeytradehub  5 місяців тому

      If you like you can soak, the salt doesn't salt the frying

      Remove one and peel it, if it comes off easily, and is brown inside, then is fried

    Will the peanut not be too salty when you use salt instead of garri

    • @Ebeeytradehub
      @Ebeeytradehub  2 роки тому +1

      No it will not be salty. The salt will not have any impact of salt to the peanut. Try it, infact, I'm going to do peanut bugger using salt method, watch out for it on this channel
