      If you are using salt, you allow the groundnut to stay for a long time in the sun. Check if it has real dried. Then add your salt to the base as your base, allow the salt to be very hot then add your wash, sun dried groundnut to the pot and fry.

    hello,
    I live in France, I am very interested in the recipe for the business of unsalted roasted peanuts but also salted "African", except that I do not speak English, I tried to make an automatic translation into French of your recipe but it is not good there are words that are not right so we no longer understand anything.
    please can you give me a written recipe, I know that I may be asking too much of you, or if you have another solution for salty and unsalted recipes, I'm all ears. with a written text I can more easily translate your technique.
    Thanks in advance

    • @Ojuolape_space

      The base is to make all the nut to get hot. Once the base is hot, all your nut will be hot.

    • @Ojuolape_space
      @Ojuolape_space  2 роки тому

      Garri is a base available, if you roasting saltless groundnut, Garri is good. If you not sure if the is dry enough before roasting Garri is good. Garri is cheap. You can use 2 to 5 milk cup of Garri depending on how much the groundnut is.
