Hello, I appreciate your feedback. I used 3 tablespoons of salt because of the quantity of groundnut, so it depends on the amount you are using and 2 litres of hot water.
Yes, you can use hot but make sure to always stir it to avoid burning. Thanks for your contribution, please subscribe to my channel and give this video a thumbs up.

You can as well use salt instead of garri
Thank you. Please is it same process if we are using newly harvested( not dried) groundnuts.
Preferably use dried groundnut, you will not get the desired flavour or sweetness, if you use newly harvested groundnut.
I follow you up to the point you spread it on the chopping plank. What did you put in the pot before Roasting it ?
Hello, thanks for your feedback. I used cassava flakes (garri) or you can also use semolina flour to roast it.
What if there is no sun and you don't have dryer to dry it? How do you dry the groundnut? Can you do room drying ?
Yes you can, dry it in the warmest place in your house. It will take a longer time to dry, make sure to always turn it to avoid moisture.
This is very nice. Please, can I dry in the oven instead of sun drying? Thank you for this detailed video
You cannot dry it in the oven, else it will either bake or be roasted but if you have air dryer you can use it.
Is it possible to roast the peanut without the gari?
Yes, if you have access to semolina flour you can use that instead. Please encourage me by subscribing to my channel if you have not done so thanks.
