Tsugumi is one of those films, I think, that starts off great. Unfortunately, it becomes your usual romance drama by the middle up to the end. Its got plenty of great shots, though. Its not a bad movie. But its one of those movies I can only recommend if you have unimportant things to do and just want to pass the time.
