Maybe try to divert the air intake so that the air is forced to blow across the bottom 1/3rd of the burn basket. It seems like the air is entering the burn chamber too high up from my couch 😉
Something else you could try is placing an object in the bottom of the burn basket to help shed pellet ash and keep a thinner layer that will burn faster. Think a small pyramid or maybe a large ball bearing. Anything that will fit in the chamber, on the floor and help shed pellets to the sides.
P.S. The Walmart hot tent episode was hilarious but let's either start a go fund you for bail money prior to the video or maybe just not have a fire on someone else's private property without asking 1st and we all know what they would say...

The air intake is a 3 way opening. Two are on the top and one on the bottom so maybe if they swap that around it would help. Hmmm catching the pellets before the bottom is a great idea. The previous pellet stove I added a false bottom to slow the burn but maybe in this one it would help actually burn it. Thanks for watching
@@AdventureswithSpackmann Maybe even swap the intake around AND block the "top" hole if you can. You may not even need both alterations. My money says a lower air intake would solve most of the burning issues.

@@AdventureswithSpackmann hopefully this stove company recognizes that there is an issue with the burn chamber and ash catch and does something to fix it. That would do a lot to make it more worth the money

Marie Calendar used to be good but they were bought out by ConAgra foods, and the quality went downhill. Still the best pot pies out there but nowhere near as good as they used to be. ConAgra has done that to a lot of products.
I guess I can’t compare it to what they used to be. I was banquet pot pie guy but now I have enough money for these lmao. Can’t sh!t on the banquet ones though. They good too. Thanks for watching
