Awww....made me cry, I'm missing my husband today, and everyday. It will be a year, come July, since he passed. We were together since I was 17, over 40 years...there was one day near the end, when we were sitting outside at the hospital, I said "I feel like you are breaking up with me" we both just cried. I miss him so much.
I know how you feel, I lost my husband of just under 40 years suddenly, right before this last Christmas. I'm having a terrible time with grief and to me it feels like it just happened still. God bless you and your husband, and I will be praying for you.

@@jennyq4979 I've said a prayer for you Jenny. I was in grief counselling when covid hit and it was abruptly stopped. It's not been easy grieving through this strange time. This first year is quite the plod and I think it's just going to take some time to adjust to life without him. One thing that keeps me moving forward is the memory of my husband's constant encouragement...it's going to be okay. Grieving is necessary and it's different for everyone, the hope is that it will keep us moving forward. I know my husband would want that and I'm going to guess yours would too. May God provide you all you need for the journey.

I found this today...I cried again. I’m just 69 and have been widowed, twice. I was only 38 when Leukemia took my 40 y/o husband. I felt I’d never find love again. But, 6 years after his death God brought me the most perfect man. I was his only wife and the love of his life according to his mother. I felt I’d have him forever as he was 8 years younger. He was diagnosed with cancer and died 5 months later. This November 12th will be just 2 years since he left me. I moved last year from our island paradise where we lived and bought a motorhome, but, 2020 has certainly brought its challenges. I’ve only been able to put 3k miles on my home and just parked it this week at my daughter’s home out in the country where I’ll stay until after the election and “things” settle down. Life sure is different now. BTW, I never missed an episode of Yellowstone! Best show on TV ever! ✌️ 👍🏼
